Contrary to popular belief, the Full Moon doesn’t create your feelings.
It simply shines a spotlight on what you need to face.
What’s been hidden, and what is no longer aligned with your best self.
And what your soul knows you’re strong enough now to release.
You’re not going crazy and losing the plot - you're just full-mooning.
And dear friend, this isn’t just spiritual fluff. It’s literal cosmic mechanics.
The Moon pulls tides.
You’re mostly water.
Of course, it’s doing things to your system.
Full Moons Are Nature’s Detox
Energetically, the Full Moon is the climax of the lunar cycle.
It brings everything to the surface: truths, triggers, tangled emotions, and outdated stories you’ve been trying to "just get over" for years.
Spoiler alert:
You don’t get over emotional patterns.
You transcend them.
And then you get free.
The Full Moon is your monthly invitation to stop pretending everything’s fine, throw down the glittery mask, and say,
“Okay, Universe. I’m listening. What’s no longer working?”
It’s Not You. It’s Your Programming.
Here’s the thing most people miss:
You’re not emotional because you’re weak.
You’re emotional because something important is trying to get your attention.
Often, that something is an old belief system, hardwired into your subconscious before you even knew how to spell your name.
Limiting beliefs like:
“I need to earn love.”
“Rest is lazy.”
“Who am I to want more?”
These aren’t facts.
They’re inherited nonsense from loving parents, teachers, society and even well-meaning friends.
Here’s the little-known secret:
You can’t manifest a life that contradicts your core programming. (That’s your subconscious programming) If your inner system is still operating from a place of fear and lack, no amount of vision boards or moon water is going to shift things sustainably.
But you CAN change the program.
And the Full Moon is prime time to start.
So, What Should You Do With This Energy?

🌕 Feel it: Stop trying to “be positive.” Feel the messy. Let the tears fall. It’s sacred release.
🌕 Write it out: Grab a journal and ask: What am I ready to let go of? Whose voice am I still carrying?
🌕 Burn the damn thing: Yes, literally. Write the old beliefs on paper and burn them safely (candle, cauldron, or kitchen sink - your call).
🌕 Move your body: Emotions get stuck in the tissues. Shake. Dance. Scream into a pillow if you need to.
🌕 Rewire the code: Do some inner work. Book a transformational session with me. Let someone help you shift what’s living under the surface.
